12pm-4:30pm at Yoga Garden
Featuring: Standing Poses, Backbends, and Inversions
Are you a new or experienced teacher who would like to gain a deeper understanding of how to give hands-on adjustments in your classes? Or an experienced student who is curious about how skilled teachers offer adjustments and why they do it? If so, join me for PART ONE of this two-part clinic, in which you will:
* gain a deeper understanding of why and when to give hands-on adjustments
* develop a keener eye for looking at individual bodies
* develop a deeper connection with your own sense of touch
* grow your adjustment toolbox, and learn how to create your own adjustments
We’ll explore a variety of postures including standing postures, seated folds, twists, and savasana. The workshop includes theory, but is primarily hands-on fun.
