Being Human (In Times Like These): A Half-Day Retreat

Yoga + Meditation + Reflection
with Karen Macklin
Livestream on Sunday, Nov. 1

What does it mean to be human in times like these? How do we work with emotions like fear, resentment, and anger, while also honoring the parts of ourselves that desire to be loving, forgiving, generous, and open?

This retreat comes in place of my annual fall retreat up at the Green Gulch Zen Center. We’ll gather over livestream to explore states of connection, loving awareness, and equanimity, even in times as turbulent as these. The day will include yoga practice, seated meditation, a dharma talk, and optional sharing.

Your casa. No carpooling necessary! (No shower necessary either!)

Sliding scale: $35-$100 per person
