LIVESTREAM CLASSES

Mondays & Fridays, 6pm, Candlelight FlowAdjustment_1
A mindful flow class, closing with restorative postures. For maximum experience, dimly light your practice space, and bring along any blankets/pillows/bolsters/towels/blocks that you have at home. Optional: BYOC. (Bring Your Own Candles!) Register through Yoga Garden. Discounted drop-in rate ($15), or use your YG membership.

Tuesdays, 5pm & Sundays, 6pm, Flow and Yin 
Part energetic vinyasa, part mellow yin, this class is the perfect mix of movement and stillness. Yin poses, done in the second part of class, are long-held stretches that help mobilize tight connective tissue, and offer a space for release and inquiry. For optimal experience, bring along any blankets/pillows/bolsters/towels/blocks that you have at home. Optional: BYOA. (Bring Your Own Aromatherapy!) Register through Yoga Garden. Thursdays, 6:30pm, *NEW* VIRTUAL MEDITATION & DHARMA GROUP
Join me for this weekly meditation group. We’ll begin with a half hour meditation, and I’ll offer a talk, support, and a space for sharing and community. (Suggested donation after the event: $10-$20 via Venmo @karen-macklin.)

Sundays, 7:15pm-8:30pm, *NEW* VIRTUAL MEDITATION & COACHING GROUP: TRANSFORMATION IN A TIME OF UNCERTAINTY
Join me for this 4-week support group, in which we’ll begin with a seated meditation, and then tackle the question of what it means to grieve, learn, grow, and transform our hearts and minds during this time of great uncertainty. I will offer a talk, a topic, and writing prompts that will serve as a deeper investigation into how we can best rise to this challenge, set intentions, and stay awake in our lives. (Limited to 15 participants each week. Sliding scale tuition for the 4 weeks: $60-$100 via Venmo @karen-macklin). Begins April 5, 2020.
