Free Mind, Free Heart: A Half-Day (Mostly) Silent Spring Retreat

Let’s honor the last day of May, the beginning of the spring, and (possibly!) the last day of shelter-in place with this afternoon spent together in yoga and mindfulness practice, contemplation, & community. 

This is my annual spring retreat, with a slight (not-so-slight?) twist! Instead of gathering at Green Gulch Zen Center, we’ll gather in our homes, separate but together, to practice liberating ourselves of the material and emotional attachments that are no longer serving us, and to cultivate a deeper sense of lightness and freedom in the body, mind, and heart. The day will include two led yoga practices, two seated meditation sessions, a dharma talk and some journaling.

Location
Your casa. No carpooling necessary! (No shower necessary either!)

Pricing 
Sliding scale: $35-$75 per person

(Registration will be capped at 25 to ensure an intimate experience. Please register early! )

Lunch
We will take a short break for lunch/snack at 12pm-12:30pm. Please have food prepared as there won’t be time for cooking!
