Join me for this 4-week support group, in which we’ll begin with a seated meditation, and then tackle the question of what it means to grieve, learn, grow, and transform our hearts and minds during this time of great uncertainty. I will offer a 10-minute seated meditation, a brief talk, a topic, and writing prompts that will serve as a deeper investigation into how we can best rise to this challenge, set intentions, and stay awake in our lives.
